Terms and Conditions of Service


1. Introduction

IT EXPERTS provides call termination services to small and medium businesses and/or residential customers. While we strive to offer the best available quality, IT EXPERTS does not guarantee 100% reliable service or uninterrupted service availability.

IT EXPERTS makes no warranty regarding the quality or availability of its services. In addition, IT EXPERTS does not guarantee handling through specific providers, obtaining specific permissions from any party, or offering any warranty related to such matters.


2. Definition and Acceptance

The term Customer in this document applies to any person, company, or entity that agrees to receive call termination services from IT EXPERTS.

The Customer agrees to all terms and conditions in this document upon accepting and receiving call termination services from IT EXPERTS. IT EXPERTS records all calls for quality assurance and confirmation of agreements.


3. Service Usage and Quality

3.1 Service Reliability and Backup

The Customer acknowledges that this service should not be used as their sole call termination service. A backup solution is recommended.
IT EXPERTS offers no warranty for failure of service.

3.2 Quality of Service and Disclaimers

Quality is provided “as is” and may vary due to:

  • Customer’s location

  • Call destination

  • Internet quality/bandwidth

  • Devices and networking equipment

3.3 Privacy

The Customer understands that IT EXPERTS does not guarantee privacy on communications transmitted through its call termination service.


4. Billing and Payments

4.1 Prepaid Service and Suspension

IT EXPERTS VoIP service is prepaid.
Unpaid amounts accumulate interest (2% per month) and NSF checks incur a $15 fee.

4.2 Technical Support

Technical services may be billable depending on the nature of the issue.

4.3 Call Metering and Charges

  • Mexico: 60-second increments

  • Rest of World: 6-second increments
    Call forwarding may incur a $0.015/min surcharge.


5. Customer Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

5.1 Account Security

The Customer is responsible for safeguarding credentials.

5.2 Lawful and Fair Use

Service must comply with laws in Canada, the USA, and the Customer’s region.

5.3 Prohibited Telemarketing Use

Using IT EXPERTS numbers or service for telemarketing, dialers, or mass-traffic campaigns is forbidden and may result in suspension.


6. Data and Amendments

6.1 Data Sharing and Confidentiality

IT EXPERTS does not share customer data except where required by law.

6.2 Amendments

This document may change without notice. Updates will be posted on the IT EXPERTS website.
